Policies
Deposits - A deposit for all eyelash extension bookings, including infills are required. The deposit amount is deducted from the total cost of your booking and the remaining amount will be paid in the suite at the end of your service. All deposits are non refundable. Deposits are required to ensure you will be attending your appointment and to cover the lash artist time if you don't. If your unable to pay a deposit, we are unable to book you in. If you reschedule your appointment before 24hrs then your deposit will transferred to your next appointment. If your appointment is canceled or changed less than 24hrs of the scheduled time, the deposit will then be forfeit and another deposit will need to be made to book another appointment.​
Arrival Time - Please come 5-10 minutes before your scheduled arrival time with makeup free lashes. Any extra time spent cleaning lashes means less time lashing. If you arrive after your appointment time, it may not be possible to extend your service. If time is shortened due to late arrival, you will still be charged for full service.​​

Cancellation/No Shows - If you wish to cancel your appointment, we require a 24 hour notification in advance. Your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment. If service is canceled less then 24hr before your booking time. the payment will be forfeit and you will be charged 50% of service. If service is canceled less then 4hr or you no show then you will be charged 100% of service.

​Refunds - You are paying for artist time, products and other expenses to provide you with your service. No refunds will be provided for any services at any time.​
